Eid Preparations with Acacia Label

Acacia is an Australian based label which provides classy and exquisite eastern clothing. Their primary aim is to make eastern fashion accessible and individual to a persons unique taste and identity. They create designs which are reflective of modern trends in fabrics, whilst being stylish and chic. Although located in Australia, Acacia work with the international market, and their items are available to be shipped around the globe. Their designers are on hand to provide each customer with a one to one service to cater to their own individual demands.

Styling By Hijablicious 

Hijablicious has worked closely with the Acacia label over the last few months. Back in May Acacia were one of the selected designers whose clothes were featured on the runway at the   Urban Muslim Women's Fashion show at the Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square. Hijablicious were chosen by the designers to style each garment for the runway.

The Acacia show was highly received by the audience for their elegant designs and attention to detail on stitching and motifs, as well as the ability to wear them with hijabs. What great is that the label suits women who prefer to wear their dresses with a hijab and without. 

Cherry Noire Feature

Recently Hijablicious teamed up with Award winning photographer Rooful Ali from Aliway, upcoming Afghan model and actress Nargis Jav and the talented Samihah MUA. Out first shoot as a team was at the stunning Somerset House on Strand. The beautiful location was the perfect setting for us to style and feature Acacia's design against the regal architecture, Cherry Noire was a perfect choice for this shoot. 

When I opened the packaging, I was impressed by the attention to detail on the dress and the quality of the fabric used. The maroon silk panelling is of the highest quality and had a sheen rich tone to it. The most appealing part of the garment for me has to be the black lace detailing. Also the detailing of the lace and black silk to stop it from being see through is a good touch as it frees you from having to find a coverup.

We styled this outfit in two looks, one to demonstrate how the outfit looks with hijab and one to show how the outfit can be styled on its own.

The dress has a very elegant feel to it and orders can be adjusted to your height, preferred length and you can change any detail to suit you.
